Typically, we don't offer returns, but we do offer a replacement or refund within 7 days in case there is a faulty or damaged clothing

1. DAMAGED PRODUCTS
To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us with images of the clothing within 7 days after you received it. If the clothes truly damaged from the delivery or the processing, then we will gladly send you a replacement or refund without hesitation.
2. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames for shipping. However, external factors such as the pandemic or inspections can sometimes cause delays. If this happens, please contact us and we may be able to call the post office or shipping carrier to get your package to you faster or offer you a replacement.
3. PRODUCT CONDITIONS
We do not accept a replacement if the clothing is good. Our guarantee only covers damaged clothing and items lost in delivery. Your satisfaction is our top priority, but this policy is what we have to enforce in order to offer a fast shipping time.
4. TRANSACTION & APPROVAL
Once your pictures are sent, we will notify you whether you are qualified for a replacement within 1-2 business days. We will then send you a replacement.
