Shipping time is our number one priority. We are a 2 people business, but we are always trying our best to deliver your order as fast as possible. Usually, I would recommend waiting approximately 1-2 weeks for processing and 2-3 days for shipping.
If you’ve received a product that’s originally faulty (or damaged potentially due to the shipping process), please email us ASAP for further help! Share a few pictures with me to my email at info@fineneedles.com. By doing so I will offer a refund or replacement FREE of charge! We sincerely apologize for the experience and any inconvenience this might cause. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
When placing your order, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed. You will receive a tracking number through your e-mail. We ship the packages as fast as possible through USPS or UPS. Another option is to click the "Track Your Order" menu option.
